A buyback facility is crucial when it comes to investing in precious metals.CGR aims to make buying & selling of precious metals transparent & trouble-free.

The facility may be availed at our retail outlets, partner stores or by shipping your metal to us.

BUYBACK OF CGR PRODUCTS

1. CGR product buyback rates are applicable only for those CGR products that are retained in the provided tamper-evident card & accompanied with the original invoice.
2. It should not have been tampered with/modified in any way, shape or form by anyone other than CGR.
3. CGR Products without tamper evident card are treated as Non-CGR Products.
4. Minimum quantity for buyback : 2gm for Gold & 250gm for Silver.

BUYBACK OF NON CGR PRODUCTS & JEWELLERY

1. Minimum quantity for buyback : 10gm for Gold & 250gm for silver. 
2. For buyback of 20gm or lesser, up to 1000.Rs is charged towards melting & testing charges.

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF BUYBACK 

1. A buyback may be availed only after 10 days of purchase of the product.
2. Buyback of ALL ARTICLES is subject to mandatory purity verification by melting & subsequent analysis using ED-XRF & Fire Assay.The accuracy of gold content is determined through this process , after which the metal is valued.
3. The precious metal rate for the buyback is the rate of the metal on the day & time of the buyback.
4. Value Addition, additional packing, shipping charges, taxes & other add on’s are not applicable for the buyback.
5. The value obtained at buyback is subject to market conditions & an evaluation report of the item after inspection.
6. Settlements shall be remitted through RTGS/NEFT/Cheque.
7. CGR Metalloys reserves the sole right & discretion to modify, withdraw or refuse the buyback or its policies, without prior notice.
